1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ICME website located at https://www.icme.io, the API located at https://api.icme.io, and any related software, services, tools, or applications provided by ICME (collectively, the "Services").
2. By accessing or using the Services, including obtaining credentials, creating an account, or making requests to the API, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
Description of Services
3. ICME provides software tools, infrastructure, and services that may include application programming interfaces (APIs), verification systems, automated reasoning tools, cryptographic systems, and related developer services.
4. The Services are intended for use by developers, researchers, and organizations building software applications and automated systems.
5. ICME may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Services at any time.
Access to the API and Services
6. Certain parts of the Services, including the API available at https://api.icme.io, may require authentication credentials such as API keys or accounts.
7. You agree that you will use the Services only for lawful purposes, comply with any usage limitations or restrictions imposed by ICME, and protect the confidentiality of any credentials or API keys issued to you.
8. You are responsible for all activity conducted using your credentials.
9. ICME is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.
Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to violate any applicable laws or regulations, facilitate fraud, deception, or unlawful financial activity, interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to ICME systems or networks, or reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to discover vulnerabilities in the Services except where permitted by law.
11. ICME reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms.
Payments
12. Certain features of the Services may require payment or prepaid credits.
13. By using paid features of the Services, you agree that pricing may change at any time, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
14. Transactions conducted through blockchain networks or external payment providers may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by those systems.
15. ICME is not responsible for delays, failures, or losses resulting from third-party payment systems or blockchain networks.
Experimental and Developer-Oriented Services
16. Some features of the Services may be experimental or under active development.
17. The Services may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality.
18. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of the Services for your use case before deploying them in production environments.
No Warranty
19. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
20. ICME makes no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or performance of the Services.
21. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICME disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
22. ICME does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
23. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICME and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services.
24. This includes financial loss, loss of data, loss of profits, and loss of business opportunities.
25. In no event shall ICME's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to ICME for the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Agent and Automated System Responsibility
26. Users may use the Services in connection with automated systems, including artificial intelligence agents or software that can initiate actions or transactions.
27. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the behavior and decisions of any automated systems you deploy.
28. ICME does not control, supervise, or direct the actions of user-operated agents or software.
29. Any actions taken by such systems, including financial transactions or operational decisions, are the responsibility of the user operating those systems.
30. ICME shall not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from actions taken by automated systems that interact with the Services.
Verification and Security Disclaimer
31. The Services may include verification, reasoning, or cryptographic tools designed to assist with evaluating actions or enforcing policies.
32. These outputs are computational results and do not constitute guarantees of security, compliance, correctness, or safety.
33. No automated verification system can prevent all errors, attacks, or misuse.
34. Users must implement independent safeguards, monitoring, and operational controls appropriate to their use case.
35. The Services should not be relied upon as the sole protection against financial loss, fraud, or system failure.
Blockchain and External System Risk
36. Certain features of the Services may interact with external systems such as blockchain networks, payment providers, or third-party infrastructure.
37. ICME does not operate or control these external systems.
38. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
39. External systems may experience outages, delays, or failures.
40. ICME is not responsible for losses caused by errors in external networks, smart contracts, wallets, or third-party services.
41. Use of such systems is at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
42. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, infrastructure, and technology provided by ICME, remain the property of ICME or its licensors.
43. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services.
44. You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Services.
Modifications to the Services
45. ICME may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice.
46. ICME shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
Changes to These Terms
47. ICME may update these Terms from time to time.
48. If changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms will be revised.
49. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
50. ICME may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, your use creates risk or legal exposure for ICME, or ICME chooses to discontinue the Services.
51. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Governing Law
52. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ICME operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
