Last updated August 10, 2026. This policy explains what icme.io collects when you visit, what we do with it, and what our product does and does not process.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising. The website collects the ordinary information any website collects, plus whatever you choose to send us when you book a call or write to us. PreFlight, our product, is designed so that the material our customers care about most, their rules and their data, never reaches us in the first place.
ICME Inc. ("ICME Labs," "we," "us") operates icme.io and the PreFlight service. You can reach us at [email protected] with any question about this policy or about information we hold.
Automatically. Our website is hosted on Leadpages, which sets cookies and records standard analytics about visits: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, browser and device type, and time of visit. We use this to understand which pages are useful and whether the site is working, not to identify you personally. We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
When you contact us. If you book a call, we use Calendly, and the name, email address, and any details you enter go to Calendly and to us. If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply and follow up.
What we do not do. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not build profiles for advertisers.
PreFlight is a verification service, and its design keeps sensitive material out of our hands by default.
If your action descriptions contain personal information, that information is processed only to run the check and produce the receipt, and we act on your instructions as the customer with respect to it.
For visitors in regions where a legal basis must be stated, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website and in responding to people who contact us, on performance of a contract when you use the service, and on consent where consent is required for analytics cookies.
We use service providers to run the business, and they see only what they need to perform their function: Leadpages for website hosting and analytics, Calendly for scheduling, Google for email and fonts, our payment processor for billing, and our cloud infrastructure providers for running the service. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy travels with the information.
We keep contact and correspondence for as long as we have a relationship with you and afterward as reasonably needed for our records and legal obligations. Website analytics are kept according to our hosting provider's retention settings. Hosted proofs are retained as described in our product documentation.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for a copy, or object to particular uses. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California, you may have these rights by law, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of them. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies, though parts of the site may work less well if you do.
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information there and in other countries. Where information moves from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the transfer mechanisms our providers put in place, including standard contractual clauses.
We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls on production systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we say so plainly rather than promising otherwise.
Our service is for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, say so more prominently.
Questions, requests, or complaints go to [email protected].
